Get on a call

We will get on a call with you and talk about the property. We will ask you few questions, explain about my process and will give you a range for my offer.

Closing

After you accept the offer, we will work with lender and title company to get you your money and close on the house within 15-30 days or agreed upon closing date.

Visiting the property

If the range works for you, we will send our contractors at the property to get a rehab estimate. As we buy property in as-is condition, this helps us to figure out the cost we will be putting in to fix the property and give you a more concrete number.

Day Of Closing

We ask the sellers to take whatever they can and leave the rest. We will take care of disposing of the remaining items.

Submit Official Offer

After getting a more concrete number, we will submit an official offer for your home at the agreed terms.If you like our offer, we will move forward to closing.
